Chuck Berry
Il pioniere del Rock and Roll, nato nel 1926, era Chuck Berry. Morì nel 2017 all’età di 90 anni. “Berry ha contribuito con tre cose alla musica rock: una spavalderia irresistibile, un focus sul riff di chitarra come elemento melodico primario e un’enfasi sulla scrittura di canzoni come narrazione.” Joe Lynch ha scritto. Non c’è dubbio che se non fosse stato per Chuck Berry, la musica rock di oggi non sarebbe come è oggi.
