Instead, his plan is to build environment-friendly villas. In 2005, he purchased the Blackadore Caye in Belize for $1.75 million. We are sure that many environment enthusiasts and fans would love to drop by the island in the future.

Richard Branson – Necker Island, $180K
If the name Richard Branson sounds familiar, it is probably because he founded the Virgin Group. In the late ‘70s, he bought the Necker Island for $180,000. He has since built luxury resorts there, which only goes to show that he knows how to manage his money. In 2011, the island was ravaged by a fire. After going through renovation and restoration efforts, it was reopened seven years later in 2018.
