Michael Douglas was in the area because he was promoting the film One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. The two of them had a conversation and were together for two days. The proposal for Marriage happened two weeks after. The duo decided to get married in March 1977 and had a son, Cameron Douglas, a year later. Michael and Diandra lived in Los Angeles, but they eventually moved to New York City. The career of Michael as an actor started to take off, and Diandra believed that L.A.’s environmentL.A. was not ideal for raising their son. Soon, everything came crashing down. Michael Douglas and Diandra Luker were separated in 1995, but their divorce was only finalized after five years. Diandra Luker was able to get a settlement of $45 million and some properties and alimony.
