Paul Westerberg – $9 million
In the ‘80s, Paul Westerberg had been a member of an alt-rock band called The Replacements. Did you know that he joined them while working as a janitor? Upon hearing them perform, he followed the sound of the music and talked them into letting him in. Apparently, the lead singer left after Westerberg told him that the others were going to kick him out! This does not sound very ethical to us, but the band saw a lot of success with him. When the band broke up, he started his solo career.
